APKN Examples added to the Legislative Drafting Guidelines

We are happy to inform you that thanks to the generous support of Tobias Dorsey and Giovanni Sator, we have now been able to make available online here:

• the revised English version of the Legislative Drafting Guidelines in English;
• and  each Guidelines has been added with examples or a commentary to better clarify the Guidelines and provide practical examples to guide the "drafter".

We hope that the addition of the examples will help in better understanding the purpose of each Guideline. We need the support to review the examples, to see if they make sense to you. Please feel free to suggest examples that you think could be a better "exemplification" of any of the Guidelines.
